1. MCAS Summer Program
Primary Choice for Current MembersÂ
The primary program for existing team members to maintain and level up their skills. Focus on comprehensive athlete development.
Schedule: Wednesday, June 10 – August 19 (No practice on July 1)
Total: 10 Sessions
5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
      Dry-land (Conditioning & Strength)
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
      Skill Clinic (Technique Focus)
7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
      Stamina & Flow (Building Endurance)
2. Gym + Swim Day Camp
The best way for our members to share their passion with friends!Â
In partnership with Middleton Gymnastics, this cross-training camp highlights the unique bond between gymnastics and artistic swimming. This dynamic cross-training experience is perfect for our athletes to enjoy with friends!
Dates: Friday, June 12 | Friday, July 17 | Friday, August 21

The Daily Journey
09:00 AM – 11:30 AM | Power & Agility (at Middleton Gymnastics)
Focus on core strength and acrobatic foundations. Build the "dry-land" power necessary for elite performance.
11:30 AM – 01:30 PM | Refuel & Restore (Lunch & Mindfulness)
A dedicated window for a healthy lunch, followed by guided meditation and deep stretching. We focus on mental clarity, recovery, and injury prevention.
01:30 PM – 03:30 PM | Artistic Swimming Mastery (at the Pool)
Take your strength into the water! Learn synchronized swimming techniques, breath control, and choreography in a supportive, professional environment.
