Why Artistic Swimming

• Physical Fitness: Balance strength, flexibility, and endurance;

• Mental Well-being: Focus on concentration, creativity, and self-expression;

• Team Spirit: Encourages children to work together, building friendships and a sense.

WHO CAN

• For boys and girls ages 7-12；

• No previous artistic swimming experience or Try-it session needed；

• MUST be able to comfortably swim 1 lap unassisted in deep end of pool.

WHEN and WHERE

• • 9:00-10:30am Sunday, November 23th                      @ Dicentures, 3029 Fitchrona Rd, Fitchburg

  • 6:00-7:30pm Wednesday, November 26th                  @ West High School, 30 Ash St., Madison
