Why Artistic Swimming

• Physical Fitness: Balance strength, flexibility, and endurance;

• Mental Well-being: Focus on concentration, creativity, and self-expression;

• Team Spirit: Encourages children to work together, building friendships and a sense.

WHO CAN

• For boys and girls ages 7-12；

• No previous artistic swimming experience or Try-it session needed；

• MUST be able to comfortably swim 1 lap unassisted in deep end of pool.

WHEN and WHERE

• 7:00-8:00pm Wednesday, August 27th                    @ West High School, 30 Ash St., Madison 

• 7:00-8:00pm Wednesday, September 5th               @ Middleton High School, 2230 Bristol St., Middleton

• 7:00-8:00pm Friday, September 5th                         @ West High School, 30 Ash St., Madison   

• 10:30-11:30am Sunday, September 7th                   @ Middleton High School, 2230 Bristol St., Middleton

The First Class is Free!

Starting from the second trial class, each class costs $15.

About Session

• Learn the fundamentals of artistic swimming;

• Small classes specifically;

• Certificate Level 1 coach run class;
